Join our spirited volunteer actors who make our annual fundraiser a success! Read below for everything you need to know:

Actor's Meeting:

An actor’s meeting will take place the Tuesday of opening week at 6 PM (check tickets page for this year’s date). Attendance at the meeting is not required to act, but is encouraged. If actor is a minor, please complete permission slip below and bring to meeting.

Actor's Meeting Location: 9410 Irving Place Bel Alton, MD 20611 

Acting Basics:

• Actors under 18 are required to submit a permission slip which can be printed here
• Arrive by 6:30 PM for casting which will take place at the side-entrance stairs
• Roles are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once cast, wait at the basement entrance to be called for for makeup and costumes.
• Actors should stay in their designated room during the show. Please do not disturb groups.
• Notify directors if you need to leave early before casting.
• Actors should never swear at or come in physical contact with patrons.

Additional Information:

• Parking: There is onsite parking available for actors.
• Community Service: Need community service hours? Check with your organization to see if they accept Vampire Manor! Many have earned their community service hours while having fun at Vampire Manor. Actors are responsible for tracking their own hours and should ask a director to sign off each night of service.
